Group Therapy
Group counseling provides a safe place to explore and share a common issue with others, to develop better communication skills, an opportunity for individuals to experience emotional support, understanding, and encouragement from one another. The group format can help members feel less alone in the world and can provide support and modeling for transcending life struggles.

Body in Balance – explore our emotional connection with food by learning mindfulness eating, journaling, goal setting, and gentle movement, develop healthy food choices.
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Support Group for Women – develop healthy boundaries and healthy relationships, improve self-esteem/self-confidence, learn relaxation techniques.
Gentle Movement for Chronic Pain- Develop tools to cope with chronic pain including: goal setting, a setback plan, gentle movement, healthy eating, and relaxation exercises.
